Terms of Service

1. What Influvine does

Influvine is a YouTube channel discovery tool. You provide keywords or a niche description, and the Service searches YouTube's publicly available data via the YouTube Data API, applies filters you configure (subscriber count, views, upload recency), and uses a third-party AI model to assess whether each candidate channel's public content matches your stated niche. Results are presented to you and may be exported as CSV.

Influvine only reads publicly available channel and video metadata already visible to any YouTube visitor. It does not access private account data, and it does not take any automated action on YouTube on your behalf.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service beyond the public marketing pages. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, billing, and payment

Influvine is offered on the following plans, each with a monthly discovery-run allowance:

• Free — $0/mo, 10 discovery runs/month, basic filters, CSV export.
• Solo — $29/mo, 20 discovery runs/month, all filters, priority support.
• Growth — $49/mo, unlimited discovery runs, all filters, priority support.
• Agency — $79/mo, unlimited discovery runs, all filters, priority support, 5 team seats.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record, who may separately require you to accept their own terms. We do not store your full payment card details — Lemon Squeezy handles that.

You can cancel or change plans at any time from Settings or the Pricing page; changes take effect as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Discovery-run allowances reset at the start of each billing month and don't roll over.

4. Acceptable use

When using Influvine, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's API Services User Data Policy.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan allowances, or quota restrictions (for example, by creating multiple accounts to bypass the free-plan run limit).
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or make automated contact-and-solicitation decisions about creators based solely on Influvine's output, without your own independent judgment.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying software, prompts, or infrastructure beyond ordinary use of the product.
• Upload or submit content through Keyword Discovery or the AI niche prompt that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to submit.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse shared infrastructure (including the shared YouTube API key pool), or abuse the Service in a way that risks other users' access.

5. AI-generated content and accuracy

Influvine uses a third-party large language model (currently Groq) to (a) verify whether a candidate channel's recent content matches your stated niche, and (b) suggest search keywords from a description, URL, or seed terms you provide. These are AI-generated assessments, not guarantees. A channel marked "qualified" may still not be a good fit on closer review, and a channel marked as a mismatch may still be relevant — always apply your own judgment before acting on results (for example, before reaching out to a creator).

Influvine does not perform fake-follower or audience-fraud detection. Its AI verification step assesses topical/content fit only.

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the keywords, niche descriptions, custom AI prompts, and exported results you create in Influvine. You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, sending your niche description to our AI provider to generate keyword suggestions).

7. Third-party services

Influvine relies on third-party infrastructure to operate, including the YouTube Data API (Google), an AI inference provider (Groq), a payment processor (Lemon Squeezy), and cloud hosting/database providers. Your use of Influvine is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. We aren't responsible for outages or changes in those third-party services that affect Influvine's availability.

8. Intellectual property

Influvine, including its software, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by [Company Legal Name] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets except as needed to use the Service normally.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that discovery results will be complete, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Influvine and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business decisions made based on discovery results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
