How we built this list

Every channel here was pulled from the YouTube Data API in October 2026. We kept channels with a US channel country where one is listed (a few creators leave it blank and are included because they are widely known as US-based), at least one upload in recent months, and a clear fit with the topic. Subscriber counts are as reported by YouTube. Average views is the mean view count of a channel's most recent long-form videos, ignoring anything posted in the last seven days so brand-new uploads do not drag the number down. For channels that publish mostly Shorts, we fall back to all recent videos, so their averages read lower. Views per subscriber divides average views by subscribers. It is a quick signal of how much of the audience actually shows up, not a true engagement rate, and it says nothing about audience location or demographics. Confirm those with the creator before you sign a deal. Views per subscriber above 100% mean recent videos reached more people than the channel has subscribers, usually thanks to viral hits.

How to pick the right fitness influencer for your brand

  • Match the training style. Bodybuilders, yoga teachers, pilates coaches, calisthenics athletes and home-workout channels reach different buyers. Pick the style your product supports.
  • Favor credibility. Certified trainers, coaches and scientists carry more trust for supplements, programs and apps than entertainers.
  • Separate entertainment from instruction. Prank and humor channels give huge reach but weaker purchase intent. Instructional channels often convert better.
  • Check the audience level. Beginner home-workout channels, pre and postnatal trainers and advanced lifters have very different needs.
  • Keep claims honest. Avoid promising results from supplements or programs, and require clear sponsorship disclosure.

Conclusion

The top fitness influencers in the USA span yoga, pilates, calisthenics, bodybuilding, home workouts and gym entertainment. The best partner is the one whose viewers already train the way your product helps them train. A coach averaging 125K views with an engaged audience can be a better fit than a viral entertainer with little interest in your category.

Frequently asked questions

Who are the top fitness influencers in the USA?

By YouTube subscribers, the largest on this list are ATHLEAN-X (14.3M), Yoga With Adriene, blogilates, ANATOLY and growwithjo. Strength-focused names include Renaissance Periodization, Hybrid Calisthenics and Hany Rambod.

How do I find fitness influencers for my brand?

Pick the training style your product supports, then compare creators by subscribers, average views and recent activity. Influvine lets you search YouTube creators by niche so you can shortlist quickly.

Which fitness creators are best for supplements?

Look for credible coaches and lifters whose audiences already follow nutrition and training advice. Be careful with claims and make sure the creator discloses the partnership.

Are micro fitness influencers worth it?

Yes. Smaller creators like Fit with Coco or Sean Vigue Fitness reach focused audiences, such as pilates or bodyweight training fans, and often cost less than large channels.

Do fitness influencers have to disclose sponsorships?

Yes. The FTC expects clear disclosure of paid or gifted partnerships, and health or performance claims must be truthful and supported.

Why do some channels have low average views?

Creators who mostly publish Shorts, such as Pilates Body Raven, show lower averages for long-form videos. Ask for audience and Shorts data directly.
