Top 21 SaaS Influencers in USA (2026)

Software buyers do their homework on YouTube. They watch a creator walk through a tool, compare it to alternatives and decide whether it earns a trial. That is why SaaS influencer marketing keeps growing: a trusted creator can demo your product to the exact audience that buys it, and a tracked link turns that attention into signups.

How we built this list

Every channel here was pulled from the YouTube Data API in October 2026. We kept channels with a US channel country where one is listed (a few creators leave it blank and are included because they are widely known as US-based), at least one upload in recent months, and a clear fit with the topic. Subscriber counts are as reported by YouTube. Average views is the mean view count of a channel's most recent long-form videos, ignoring anything posted in the last seven days so brand-new uploads do not drag the number down. For channels that publish mostly Shorts, we fall back to all recent videos, so their averages read lower. Views per subscriber divides average views by subscribers. It is a quick signal of how much of the audience actually shows up, not a true engagement rate, and it says nothing about audience location or demographics. Confirm those with the creator before you sign a deal. Note that SaaS is a loose category on YouTube. The list mixes founder and startup educators with software reviewers, and it includes a few vendor-run and community channels that are better treated as communities than as sponsorship targets.

How to choose a SaaS influencer for your product

  • Match creator to buyer. Founders and operators watch startup channels. Marketers watch SEO and growth creators. Knowledge workers watch productivity and AI tool reviewers. Pick the audience that holds your buyer.
  • Look for hands-on demos. The best SaaS integrations show the product being used on screen. A creator who already reviews tools in your category is more credible than one who reads an ad script.
  • Plan for a longer buying cycle. B2B decisions take time. Give the campaign enough weeks to compound and use trials, templates or a free tier as the call to action.
  • Track with unique links. Give each creator a dedicated URL and offer so you can measure signups and revenue by partner instead of guessing.
  • Mix big names with niche voices. A large channel builds awareness. Smaller specialists, like no-code builders or SEO educators, often deliver cheaper, better-qualified signups.

Conclusion

The top SaaS influencers in the USA are a mix of founders, educators and tool reviewers who already influence what software people try next. The strongest campaigns pair the right audience with a real product walkthrough and a clear next step. Start with two or three creators whose viewers look like your ideal customer, measure the results, and scale what works.

Influvine makes the discovery part easier. Search YouTube creators by niche and size, compare subscribers and views, and build a shortlist for your next SaaS influencer campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Who are the top SaaS influencers in the USA?

By subscribers, the largest on this list are Kevin Stratvert, Jeff Su, Neil Patel, Tina Huang and Nate Herk. For startup and founder audiences, look at Starter Story, Greg Isenberg, My First Million and SaaStr AI.

What is SaaS influencer marketing?

SaaS influencer marketing means partnering with creators who show, review or recommend software to their audience. Formats include dedicated reviews, sponsored mentions, tutorials and affiliate or referral deals.

How do I find SaaS influencers for my brand?

Define your buyer, then search creators who cover that buyer's tools and problems. Compare subscribers, average views and recent activity. Influvine helps you search YouTube creators by niche so you can build the list quickly.

Does influencer marketing work for startups?

It can, especially at an early stage. A single well-matched creator can put a young product in front of a qualified audience for far less than paid ads in competitive B2B categories. Start small and test.

Should B2B SaaS companies use micro influencers?

Yes. Specialists in a narrow workflow, such as no-code building, SEO or sales automation, often have audiences that convert better than broad business channels.

How do I measure results from a SaaS influencer?

Use a unique link with UTM parameters, a custom landing page or a promo code, and track trials, activations and paid conversions per creator. Look at cost per qualified signup, not just views.
